GIS and County plat maps are viewed to determine parcel location and boundaries to ensure accurate location for a photography shoot. Satellite imagery is then reviewed to establish potential access routes and identify features of interest.
Identifying Features
Valuable information can be obtained from public records including drillers logs and land surveys to locate important features such as well locations, property boundaries, and survey markers.
Photographs
High resolution photographs are captured with a DSLR and drone. Careful attention is paid to weather conditions, lighting, composition, and shot placement. All with the goal of providing the highest quality deliverables to the client in a timely and efficient manner.
